I am Furqan Irfan, founder of FID, Furqan Irfan Designs. I come from the Muslim Marwari Silawat community, a lineage deeply rooted in the art of construction and architectural craftsmanship for centuries. Our ancestors originated from Marwar, Rajasthan, renowned for their expertise in stone masonry and intricate architectural designs.
The Marwari community has been settled in Karachi for over 275 years, contributing significantly to the city's architectural and construction landscape. Even today, we continue to uphold the same dedication, precision, and craftsmanship that our forefathers practiced, ensuring that our work reflects both heritage and modern innovation.
