Concept Design
Based on the approved layout, we create the project's design concept, including mood boards, color palettes, material selections, lighting ideas, and the overall visual identity.

3D Visualization
High-quality 3D renders allow you to experience the proposed design before execution. This stage helps refine details and ensures complete confidence before final approval.

Technical Drawings
Once the design is finalized, we prepare comprehensive working drawings for smooth project execution. These may include floor plans, elevations, ceiling layouts, electrical layouts, furniture details, material specifications, and other construction documentation.

Design Approval & Handover
After incorporating all revisions, we deliver the complete design package with finalized drawings and documentation, ready for execution. Clients may proceed with their own contractor or choose FID | Furqan Irfan Designs for additional professional services such as project management, site supervision, construction, or turnkey execution.
